The Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) and the Richland County Neighborhood Improvement Program have collaborated together to prepare the Broad River District and Community Master Plan. This study is one of the first comprehensive planning efforts undertaken by the CMCOG and Richland County to guide the development and redevelopment of the communities within the Broad River District and surrounding areas.
